Hotel is really close to the beach and nice park with trees and lots of playgrounds for kids. This was a benefit as we stayed here with our 3 kids. There is also nice restaurant in the park where you may have dinner for reasonable price during cool november evenings (Hot fish is the name). And actually there is many other restaurants in this area. We also had breakfast included in the room rate. Breakfast was nice, directly in the hotel restaurant, but selection is little limited (egg in each way you can imagine). If you come as a guest of the restaurant, the menu is much more extensive and you can choose daily something different, but I guess also price is then different. Staff of the restaurarant as well as hotel staff is very nice and helpful, always smiling. You will get towels for the beach at the hotel reception upon request, which is something we get used to after multiple stays in Dubai. There is always a taxi somewhere nearby as it is quite popular location and many people drive to this beach area. I would definitelly come back again with my family. If you like to spend days at the beach, this is the location to go for. If you are more up to shopping and city visits, you will do better if you stay somewhere closer to metro station or downtown itself.

The location is INCREDIBLE, took me 3 minutes to go to the beach Beach towels were available! Very cute The staff was super friendly and nice, answered all of my questions, ordered pick up to/from the airport for me, check-in was very fast There were nice complimentary snacks & a lot of toiletteries The room was great, nice bed, a balcony with a park view, everything was very clean Breakfast was ok! They brought it right to my room at a time I asked

the location, size of the room, cleanliness, and specially the staff. the staff are the best part of this stay, my two kids had stomach flu and they were sick and vomiting but the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. they kept cleaning and sanitizing everything and they made is feel like home. they also called medical support when we needed to. I can’t be more grateful for such a professional and compassionate staff. I am glad that I chose this hotel and thankful for the great staff and thankful for Swaroop and Prabhu for their hard work and support.

It was a great experience as I was staying for business and hotel served the purpose. The breakfast was of a superior quality. Hotel team members were courteous and helpful. Overall had a great stay and looking forward to come back and stay on my next visit.

- Great property that is value for money if you want to staycay with close proximity to Jumeirah public beach. -It's got a hot tub instead of a pool which was different and a welcome change. -Service was excellent and very prompt. - The Family room was clean and super spacious with a balcony. The room had a beach themed decor which was very aesthetic. Mini bar was complimentary. - The hotel provides complimentary beach mat, towel and umbrella if you want to go to the public beach - Some good cafes around the area. BookHero and Leen Cafe The Umm Suqueim park is right opposite if you want to take kids for playtime.

Location is perfect! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom on the small side, but all other things were just as expected. Quiet side of hotel was good for me. Street side is a bit more noisier, but you have a view of the lovely park across the street. Can't beat the proximity to one of the nicest public beaches in Dubai!

very friendly and helpful service, I love the style of the rooms, very cosy. very spacious (incl tea and coffee machine). its only a 2min walk to the beach and there is a great Restaurant nearby, its called the Surf Cafè by Leens. Bus stops nearby too.

Hotel is located near the free beach, only 4 minutes walk. There are several dining/coffee options around hotel and in a short walk you have Madinat Jumeirah with a lot of fancy restaurants, souk and beaches. Subway is pretty far, so need to take a taxi to go to the city. The staff in the hotel was exceptionally helpful, and restaurant offered great food. Very specious clean rooms, very comfortable beds. All in all enjoyed staying in the hotel and will definitely recommend it.

The hotel is just 2 minutes from the Jumeriah public beach. To reach the hotel from the airport, take a taxi or red line metro to the station Equiti and then taxi. The hotel is very nice, I would say built in the traditional style (3 floors) and located in the residential area, not crowded at all. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy sun & sea! Nearby, you can find the cafes, restaurants. The room was big and spotless, furnished with very good taste. The bed is absolutely comfortable. The bathroom was small compare to the room but sufficient. The staff on the reception very kind, always ready to help. The breakfast delicious and it serves in the café which is part of the same building as the hotel. You can choose from a menu specially created for the hotel guests. I love the interior of café; the staff is professional. This hotel will be my choice again as it’s very cozy with a great location.
